Known from the series "Squid Game" there is a BT21 Dalgona Maker.

Product size: 308x136x66mm

Material: stainless steel, copper, PP

Instructions:

1.Put 2 tablespoons of sugar into a small pan.

2. heat the pan on low heat. Make sure it does not burn!

3. when the sugar becomes translucent, add a pinch of baking soda. stir the mixture and reduce the heat further.

4. put a layer of sugar on the stainless steel plate and pour the mixture on the stainless steel plate and press after 30 seconds with the pressure plate.

5. Decide on a mold and stamp the mixture with it.

6. remove your fresh dalgona from the stainless steel plate with the scraper.

Tipps:

If dalgona sticks to the stainless steel plate, try cooking oil, powdered sugar, or baking paper.
Soak the pan in warm water after making dalgona to help remove any remaining sugar.
