Right of withdrawal

You don't like something from your delivery and want to exchange it?

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aegyo K-Pop Store, Meisenweg 12, Tel: 0152 31321626, 85055 Ingolstadt, Germany, E-Mail: info@aegyo-kpopstore.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend providing a tracking number for returns, as we cannot guarantee a refund in the event of loss of the shipment during transit.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for custom-assembled products, such as Mystery Boxes and Advent calendars.

The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely for reduced items.

Please ensure that you make an unboxing video of your order to provide proof of missing items or missing inserts. We cannot offer a refund for missing content if items have been opened and/or no proof of unboxing is provided.

Please note: the outer packaging only serves to protect the contents, i.e. the product itself. Therefore, minor damages to the outer packaging such as slight dents, creases or scratches are not a reason for a complaint. For some products, especially plush toys or similar, product deviations may also occur due to the manufacturing process. These are indicated on the individual product pages. These are also not a reason for a complaint.

General notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage unpaid.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
