Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released but are available for advance purchase. Most K-pop products are announced several weeks or months prior to their official release date, at which point pre-orders open. Placing an order during the pre-order period often entitles you to special bonus items, such as photocards. Shipping for these items begins no earlier than the release date in Korea; it typically takes 7–14 days after the release date for the products to arrive at our facility in Germany.
